Michael Klabough, PGA

General Manager & Director of Golf

Michael  was raised a military dependent, having lived border to border and coast to coast. He is thankful to return to the Midwest, where he first learned the game of golf in 1974. After his education at the University of Virginia, he entered the golf business in Hilton Head, SC in 1992.

His  professional career has provided the opportunity to work at great facilities including Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York and the Thornblade Club in Greenville, SC.

The opportunity to provide guests  with unsurpassed service, tour level teaching (trained by the famous Harmon family), and professionally managed outings and tournaments awaits.

Steve Norman, GCSAA

Golf Course Superintendent

Steve is entering his fifth full season at Sultan's Run Golf Club and his second as Golf Course Superintendent. His previous three seasons he served as Assistant Superintendent to Rob Ryan.

Steve attended high school at nearby Loogootee and has taken some additional agronomy classes at Purdue University. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy.

Steve has been a member of the GCSAA and the Tri-State Golf Course Superintendents' Association since 2001.
