Soft Spike Shoe Policy

Sultan's Run has a Soft Spike Golf Shoe Policy. We ask that you use only soft spike shoes at all times. We are proud supporters of the movement to Soft Spike golf shoes. If you should need to replace your metal spikes before playing at Sultan's Run, you will find replacement soft spikes available at the golf shop.

Policies Governing Play

ALL POLICIES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

We respectfully request your complete cooperation with all policies of the Sultan's Run Golf Club.

HOW TO RESERVE TEE-TIMES

1. Tee-times for groups under 16 may be reserved up to 30 days in advance of the day you wish to play by providing your name, address and phone number.

2. Groups of 16 or more may be reserved up to 60 days in advance by providing your name, address and phone number.

3. If your group is playing on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, you are required to guarantee your reservation with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card.

ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVATION!

4. Foursomes and carts are required before 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or Holidays. Fivesomes or more are not allowed on the course at any time without specific permission from the professional in charge.

5. All twosomes and threesomes must be willing to be paired or accept a single player in order to secure their tee-time.

6. Tee-times for single golfers are not taken. Singles are welcome to come out and we will join them with a group.

**SULTAN'S RUN RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THAT YOU MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO NOTIFY US, IF FOR ANY REASON, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR TEE-TIME!

ARRIVAL PRIOR TO TEE-TIME

Groups are asked to arrive at least 20-minutes before their tee-time. Failure to do so can result in your group losing its tee-time causing guarantor to become subject to the above stated cancellation policy.

GOLF CARTS/WALKING

We issue golf carts by tee-times only. No one may rent a golf cart before players with earlier tee-times have been satisfied with available carts. Players must have a driver's license to operate a golf cart. Walking is not permitted before 1:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.

KEEPING PACE

Each group must keep pace with the group ahead. If a group fails to keep its place on the course, and looses more than one clear hole on the group in front, it should invite the group following to pass. An average of 15-minutes is allowed on each hole, totally a 4 1/2 hour round. We request your cooperation to maintain the pace of play!

DRESS CODE

Dress must be in good taste, keeping with golf course tradition. A collared shirt is required for men. No athletic wear is permitted

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

No food and beverage (including beer and hard liquor) may be brought on to Sultan's Run Golf Club Property! These products may be purchased in the 19th Hole. With purchase of beer or soda we provide coolers and ice free of charge.

RAIN CHECKS

If you are unable to complete your round due to inclement weather, we will issue a rain check for the value of the remaining unplayed holes or, if desired, a merchandise gift certificate can be issued. Cash is not refunded!
